Refunds

• Refund Window: Eligible within 10 days of delivery.

• Refund Method: Store credit or Original payment method

• Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Non-Refundable: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Processing Time: Refunds (store credit) will be processed within 5–7 business days after your return is approved.

Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect.

• Return Window: Within 10 days of delivery.

• Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

• Process:

  1. Submit a return request by contacting us at bagagejaipur@gmail.com or +91 9351029119.

  2. Once approved, ship the product back to us.

  3. After inspection, you will receive store credit or an exchange confirmation.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

• Exchanges: Size or color exchanges are available, but courier charges are borne by the customer.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before shipping.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Customers may return the package (following the return process) after delivery.

• Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
